Once you have set your goals, visualisation is a great way to help you get there.
I create vision boards
This is one I made before competing at the paratriathlon world championships in Budapest. I used photoshop to create photos of myself racing on the exact course of the event. I even put it a time I wanted to achieve for the race. When I finally raced past that building in real life it was surreal- and I did the exact time I visualised!
